COVID Mission Statement


COVID-19 has impacted every single one of us whether at work, home or play. Physical distancing has changed the way we approach each other and this is very visible in the Service Industry. What hasn't changed is our commitment to providing the same high level of service to our customers. We are all truly committed to doing what’s needed to keep our clients, our team and our community safe. Throughout all of this, we have asked just one question… “How can we continue staying positive and have fun experiences while staying safe”.  

Here our thoughts: 

  • Please wear a mask while on the Pier as required by law and while boarding or in contact with our Crew;
  • We may take temperature checks prior to boarding;
  • Please let us know if you feel unwell; 
  • Our fleet is meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each charter;
  • We sanitise our hands prior to your arrival so please do not be afraid to let us assist you with safe boarding/disembarkation;
  • Please scan our Covid Customer Check In Code and fill in the form;
  • During the charter we continuously sanitise and follow government rules applicable for our Industry.
